trusty, and it works. I noticed one difference compared to chrome 57.
Flash has been deprecated in chrome 57, and set to on-demand only.

kernel.
Yes, I downloaded the image on 06.04. und updated & (dist-)upgraded it

Issue is still in Xenail with Nvidia 378.13, and none of the workarounds
above does work.
White borders always appear after resume from suspend and e.h CTRL-
ALT-F1 and then back CTRL-ALT-F7 does nothing, neither changing Nividia
Settings tweaking..
Only thing that works is to kill the compiz

Also, this is how it supposed to work. If gdm thinks it cannot start
wayland session, it wont display Wayland option.
Why does gdm thinks Wayland session is not available you ask? Because I
presume you have modesetting disabled, because installation or update
for nvidia

I did some poking around to see if I could figure out the root cause. I
found there are a whole lot of differences between doing a fresh install
of 16.04 and upgrading from 14.04 to 16.04 in terms of how the system is
actually setup, so a quick let's try to find the one thing off was not
going to
I have 4.4.0-59 till 4.4.0-71 and 4.8.0-41 till 4.8.0-46 installed on my
system and all are affected by this bug. Firefox, Chrome and Netbeans
regularly get killed without a warning and for no reason (since I have
something like 10GB+ RAM and all 16GB Swap free at the time the process
gets
I also can't install anything since this happened. There seems to be a
fix somewhere in here but I can't find it. I'm no familiarized with this
website. Could anyone help? Thanks
