This was observed after update from 16.10. However I have managed to
find source of this 'bug'. I have some additional breeze icons in
~/.local/share/icons/breeze. For some reasons (probably because this was
needed at some point in the past) I also had corresponding 'index.theme'
file placed in

I'm getting the same thing, and I think I can help with some more
information.
When I locked up, I logged in via SSH and checked dmesg. This is what I

I have the same problem with Gigabyte AB350M-Gaming 3, latest BIOS(F4)

Apologies in advance if this is not the right place to file the bug, but I have
been running Ubuntu 17.04-beta2 for 2 days now and have had a kernel bug cause
system lock up twice now requiring a hard reboot. Only apps open were Chrome

nvidia-375 DKMS module
Is it possible to get the logs from when you do run `apt install
--reinstall nvidia-375` ? I'm trying to figure out what is missing from
the logs of the upgrade / why it behaves differently on reinstall.

The bug appears to be resolved. I am not currently experiencing any
issues. I have changed the status to "confirmed", but it does not seem
appropriate from the perspective that I am not an Independent third
party to validate this but. Anyway, the issue appears to be resolved.
