Your system somehow saves APST config across reboots. The current code
logic will skip configuring APST if the device is in quirk table - so
the new APST value will never get set despite

addresses when ValidLifetime for a prefix is 0 in router advertisements. This
behaviour is non-compliant with RFC 4861 § 6.3.4, which reads:
