FYI, just found out the hard way that "Device" needs to be lower
case!...
$ sudo nano /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf
# Append...
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
[device]
wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
$ sudo service network-manager restart
