Just for info: I tried installing NL language pack for testing. I get
TB working in US-EN like without any language pack. The NL pack is
installed and active but not used, see picture

Hi Andreas,
I tried every options in smb.conf. The Windows10 computer has access to my
shared folder(public), but my Xubuntu 16.04 has no access to the W10 shared
files, even with a given domain and password.
So I am at lost for now.
Thanks to having cared about my little problem.
