gnome-shell crashed with SIGSEGV in on_crtc_flipped() from

Added a qemu task, this seems to be a use case affected by the file locking.
In particular a (formerly working) case for multipath tests that use the same
image files multiple times intentionally.
So far the workaround is to set file.locking=off for all these, which might be
just the right thing
BTW, If you plug a headset into a Dell laptop, and a "Unknown Audio
Device" dialog (unity-settings-daemon/plugins/media-keys/what-did-you-
plug-in) pops up immediately, this means there are headset-mic and
headphone-mic on this machine, then you can reproduce this problem on
this machine.

On Xenial, on a Thinkpad X270 - I don't have access to the "Internal
Mic" when a headset is attached. Only a single mic is shown, and when I
unplug a headset the volumes are correct.

In theory in more recent images (8 September onward) you should be able
to configure the direction in the new settings GUI:
Settings > Devices > Mouse & Touchpad ...
