I too got this issue again late last week when updates forced libglvnd0
to be re-installed:
$ glxinfo|grep OpenGL
OpenGL vendor string: VMware, Inc.

Removing libglvnd0 fixed the issue for me.

My last feeling ,is it just a aarch64 kernel with a arm64 Ubuntu xenial and
enabled multiarch so it downloads the armhf build deps . Any way like you said
, maybe a build with clang will fix it .

devices. Canonical should apply the patch for their packages, but the

Is it possible to get just this fix in to bionic now without needing to
do an entire Qt transition? The mesa transition has been blocking
multiple GNOME transitions for a week and a half already.

After I formated my flash drive as NTFS instead of FAT32, I was able to
transfer all the files without any problems, but I can't format the
external storage drives to NTFS to be able to transfer files to it.
PS : I faced this problem with many kernel version and different distros

Installed ubuntu 16.04 a while ago and touchpad was working. It does work as
well on LiveCDs.
After upgrading kernel and some system packages (i've even removed
xorg-input-synaptics), touchpad does not even show in `xinput list`. USB mouse
works though.
