Confirmed. This is related to how gnome-terminal starts up, via dbus /
systemd --user. Even if you type "gnome-terminal" in let's say an xterm,
it just notifies systemd to fire up the server. During this step,

I confirmed that the /etc/resolv.conf and network-manager can work by
removing the two lines of /etc/network/interfaces:

Well, I'm not really sure this is a bug. Could be some dependancies
problem, but I could not figure out by myself.
