Perfection V10 in 18.04 that was solved creating the file
'/etc/udev/rules.d/79-udev-epson.rules' and creating links to the
libraries ('ln -sfr /usr/lib/sane/libsane-epkowa* /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/sane')
