The device is a Lenovo Thinkpad X121 netbook/notebook built roughly mid
of 2011. It has got a not sooo powerful AMD E-350 CPU with related AMD
chipset. It is serving as my gateway to the world when travelling
around.
Lenovo is said to have a sort of strange BIOS / UEFI implenentations
This landed upstream in heat but I think heat is now using storyboard
for bug tracking. I think the upstream task can be moved to fix
released.

Could you also attach /var/log/squid/cache.log, and perhaps a sanitized
/var/log/squid/access.log if you see something interesting in there
around the time of the crash?

Just to be clear, I've tried removing the following directories
rm -rf /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/
rm -rf /var/lib/openstack-dashboard/static/
followed by an apt-get install --reinstall openstack-dashboard python-
django-horizon
Leaving the dashboard uncustomized, I am still getting a blank
