I'm seeing the same thing as didrocks. If I "systemctl mask
snapd.seeded.service snapd.socket snapd.service" from e.g. a rescue
shell, the installation proceeds normally.

"title" and not document "name" on titlebar. This is very annoying since

This specific release of libpulsecommon-11.1 is missing the symbol
`pa_encoding_from_string`.
This was fixed upstream: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103806
This has a Debian bug open, but I suspect it's been fixed by bumping major
version:

I placed missing icons but still same result. Lock symbol is appearing
