Installation is nearly finished and then for some reason the installer
tries to access the optical drive to load extra files and fails. Well of
course, I'm installing from the USB Flash Drive and there is no disc in
the drive. This has left me stuck with the live version.
I have tried and failed to reproduce this in a VM. After installing the
second Ubuntu in UEFI mode, I wind up without any settings persisting in
the nvram store at all, so I just get dropped to the ovmf shell. That
is a bug in my KVM setup, but it makes it rather difficult to reproduce

'ng-show="viewModel.ready"' to determine whether it should be display. I think
it should use the parameter 'ready' of every item,
like this: 'ng-show="step.ready"'. I think it make sense.
