I believe i have same issue from 4.18.0-13 to 4.18.0-14 on lenovo T410.
on boot last thing i see is
"Loading initial ramdisk ..."
On subsequent boot on different kernel from syslog i can see an OOPS and
stack trace. Attaching. Let me know if i can assist or if its separate
issue.

night and they can no longer use their BT devices. You click on bt via GUI and
try to toggle on and it looks like it is doing something and goes right back to

HBA. Not really sure why it won't find the root filesystem.
As initramfs drops to a shell, can you see if /dev/vda* exists, and what
about what is under /dev/disk/by-uuid/? And is ext4 loaded by doing cat
/proc/modules ?

libguestfs fails to build on Xenial - dh_install
I was also using libsilo-dev under 16.04 and everything was fine.
Then I upgraded to 18.04 (and reinstalled libsilo) and my previously working
builds using silo broke.
Maybe something between 16.04 and 18.04 is breaking this.
In the meantime, I've downloaded the SILO source from the LLNL website
It appears this may have regressed. As of today,
http://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371/pks/lookup?op=stats again only shows
gossip peers within canonical and keys from other keyservers are not
making their way into the Ubuntu keyserver.
