Upgraded from 19.04 Disco to 19.10 Eoan "Alpha" last month. Updates
have been working smoothly until recent.
Now when the software updater prompts to install updates, and I click
the "Install Now" button, nothing happens. The button goes grayed out
for a second, then return
if the package should be removed, please retitle the bug to '[RM] ...'
and subscribe ubuntu-archive.

monasca-statsd is python2-only, has not been uploaded since artful, and
has no reverse-dependencies. It will FTBFS in eoan due to removal of
build-dependencies. Should this package be removed?

Still happening on 18.04 - slight difference - I can't get past the
"Select Printer Driver" screen while "Loading drivers database..." and
the swirling busy icon are up, so I don't have the printer at all.

It would appear that the latest version of ubuntu-release-upgrader
(1:19.10.11) causes the install button in update-manager to no longer
work.
steps to reproduce:
- launch 'update manager'
- updates are available
- click 'install now'
- nothing happens (ie crash with the belo
