Thanks. I can't see anything obviously wrong, just everything seems to
be slow. I guess what's unusual in that log is the amount of networking,
virtualization and docker stuff starting up on boot.

The issue is not a gnome-shell one but vanilla-gnome-desktop that needs
to be updated, the alternative changed, the alternative is now
gdm3-theme.gresource

I've detected, that if you select a virtual desktop through the mouse on the
displayed virtual desktop panel on the right, all desktops are displayed at the
same moment on the screen.
If you use the Windows-key and page-up page-down the display is as expected and
perfect :)
