I own a Dell Vostro 3468 that came installed with ubuntu 16.04. The
wireless card in this laptop i.e. "Qualcomm QCA9377" performs poorly on
every linux distro. The link speed on linux is never more than "1 mbps"
whereas on windows 10 it easily gives "10+ mbps" link speeds.

This is the VNC screenshot of a failing boot with seabios 1.10 - it
eventually booted the commission kernel via iPXE. If using 1.13, the
screen is quite similar, but it gets stuck on "Booting from SAN device
0x81".

usbcore.quirks=056a:5146:m also failed for me (with 19.10 and focal); I
read on the Arch wiki that disabling Thunderbolt in the bios (under
Security -> IO ports) might work and tried it, and it worked!

This could well be a MAAS bug (or even iPXE), as I'm not really sure in
which component the flaw is. But given that MAAS+OVMF works, and I've
confirmed both seabios and OVMF are using the same ipxe ROM, I believe
this is a seabios issue.

Menus are not shown when accessed by keys in full screen mode,
I'd suggest this should be closed as a duplicate of bug 1192655.
However, there is another bug blocked on this one and I don't really
know what the status of that is, so I'm not closing this myself.

So, in fact this bug has been fixed by the fix for
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1192655 -- pressing Alt
plus a letter when in fullscreen mode no longer opens hidden menus, and
thus pressing F11 to get out of fullscreen mode will always work.
