Trying to reproduce the issue, here are my findings:
I have two focal systems on the same network: a host and a vm. The host
has a test.odt file and the vm has the host's ip added to nautilus and

either way, whether it's in kill or in OpenVPN. At least when it appears
from kill it's obvious something went wrong (even if it's not obvious
what...).
Personally I think removing reload is the right call going forward -

get install -y /root/MY_DEB_FILE.deb`, appears harmless, and doesn't
occur if I move the deb to /tmp before installing.

gnome-shell crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_check_instance()
To manage notifications
init_on_alloc=1 as a default servers Ubuntu users as a security
hardening mechanism, preventing a class of security issues from being
exploitable. Disabling that in general would allow those unknown
vulnerabilities open to be exploited.
It can be turned off during boot by using init_on_alloc=0
These packages have been uploaded to the eoan unapproved queue [1] and
are ready for SRU team review.
