neutron-ovs-cleanup systemd unit is restarted.
This unit should only be run on reboot, and not during package upgrades.

Still no luck. I added ci-train-ppa-service/4112 ppa and restarted the
session. There are logs (see attachment).
Bellow some info of my hardware:

Happens to me whenever I have an update that involves nvidia drivers.
The only way to shutdown or reboot is via the CLI.

sqlite detail looked ~equiv).
same issue occurs on eoan; used ubuntu.packaging.guide pdf on d780 with

For a long time sometimes my desktop freezes suddenly and it took me a
long time to find when. It turns out sometimes the desktop freezes when
I move a window fast from one desktop to another, normally I would move
it to the right.
OS is Ubuntu 18.04 and the issue occurs (as

necessary.
The original issue that caused that to be necessary is now fixed
