I updated now to kernel 5.7.9 and brightness can now be reduced to less
than 50%. Only thing I noted is that setting brightness to zero does not

The issue only happens when you choose the JSON output flag. We have
already open an issue on github and the maintainer confirmed the bug.
I don’t see any reason why we have a different set of dependencies,
apart if docker has all of them vendorized in ubuntu for reason.
This is more a decision from the server team anyway, as it’s them who
maintains this package.
