I had this issue with an internal FHD screen on a Dell laptop with Nvidia
MX150/ intel 620 using Nvidia driver 440 and an external 4k screen on HDMI.
When I switched to the Nouveau driver it worked as expected with the external
monitor at 150% and the laptop at 100%.

run them on separate lines:

Thanks Marcus but no it wasn't, it was built on the Debian builders than
can only use what is in the archive, see the build log

Could be that one of the patch changing timestamp lead to some autotool
reassigning to apparmor since the ubuntu-browsers.d is coming from there

And I verified that these 3 groovy packages worked very well on 4
machines I have.
Install the groovy daily built image on the lenovo amd renoir laptop,
enable the -proposed, install the pulseaudio_13.99.1-1ubuntu9, alsa-
lib_1.2.2-2.3ubuntu2 and alsa-ucm-conf_1.2.2-1ubuntu2, reboot.

team/bootstrap doesn't have this issue, so we may close the Groovy part
