That last part about these patches only affecting Azure kernels is not
correct. These patches were actually applied to all of the master
kernels. However, chance for regression is pretty small since they only
have an impact when a VM is shutting down.

I'm using Ubuntu 20.04 (64 bit, Desktop) and sometimes the doubleclick to open
folders is not working correctly.
Its not the mouse, cause I use the same mouse on a windows pc and it works
without any problems.
Its also not the doubleclick speed, I'm very sure about that,
booted 5.11.0-18 on RKL-S devel platform, works great

Since these packets were by request of Microsoft I'm going to call this
verification-done. Test kernels have been available, though no test
results have been reported. Its likely safe enough since these commits
affect only Azure kernels.
