Just booted the provided kernel from #79. Without any of the
workarounds, network connectivity is still broken. Using the MEI fix
from #77 fixes the problem.

in omniORB version 4.2.2 we are facing deadlock problem which was fixed
in next version 4.2.3. I've also got a confirmation from Duncan Grisby
(one of maintainers of omniORB source on SourceForge platform) about
that fix.

I enabled -proposed and upgraded my Hexchat installation to version to
2.14.3-3ubuntu0.20.04.1. I removed the existing settings at
~/.config/hexchat so that Hexchat started without any personal
configuration so acted as if it was a new installation.

We're mid 2021 and this security issue is still present.
Confirmed on Ubuntu 20.04. Also on Zorin OS 15 (Ubuntu 18.04 based).
Besides only getting medium priority, I cannot understand that this
medium priority security issue hasn't been assigned, leave alone fixed
in nearly 7 years.

What does "nmcli con show" say for the offending connection? Does NM
know the DNS server? Is this just a case of Ubuntu's NM not working
correctly with its systemd DNS setup?
If you connect with openconnect on the command line and add the `-v`
option, do you see DNS servers? I have a feeling Ubunt
