Power Savings doesn't turn monitor
I run Ubuntu Budgie 21.10. Since two days before turning off display
after idle went well (DPMS mode).
Since yesterday turning off display doesn't work anymore. The display
goes black for a second but then it comes back again. However, the
screen is frozen (no repainting) as long as I use the

days.]

Dovecot 2.3.13 failed to build with LTO, so was configured in Ubuntu
with 'optimize=-lto' to disable it.
Debian found that Dovecot 2.3.16 built ok with LTO and gcc 10, so
implemented support in debian/rules for it.
Unfortunately, with gcc 11, building with LTO once again
The problem described above occurs on a 24 inch monitor with a
resolution of 1920x1200 pixels (16:10), if I use a 19 inch monitor with
a resolution of 1280x1024 (5:4) pixels the documents are shown with the
correct scale. I found the same bug on three different PCs.

Correct me if I'm wrong, according to [this
documentation](https://www.gnu.org/software/grub/manual/grub/html_node/Environment-
block.html), on LVM or RAID disk the `/boot/grub/grubenv` file cannot be
modified by GRUB, in that case, by the `save_env` routine. Only the OS
via `grub-reboot`,
Can we expect a fix? Java 17 is a LTS release, so a working version of
Maven would be very helpful. Or do we have to wait half a year for
Ubuntu 22.04 to arrive? Thanks!
