Ricoh Aficio SG3110DN provided in Add New Printer indicates that the printer is
not responding. Printer works fine on same machine using Windows 10 OS.

Apparently there was a problem with the sample output rate. I had to
`set both default-sample-rate and alternate-sample-rate to 48000 in
/etc/pulse/daemon.conf`
Apparently switching the output sample rate for devices takes about 4
seconds.
Details:
Really we'd want to avoid this transition from subpixel AA to grayscale
on our side in the first place. But looking back, if you were using
hintnone, this might have been fixed recently by bug 1732577. Worth a
try in nightly to see if this is still a problem.

Thanks so much for the provided workaround. On Ubuntu 20.04,
/etc/default/tlp no longer exists. Instead, I created a file
/etc/tlp.d/50-usb-blacklist.conf containing only this line:
USB_BLACKLIST="091e:0003"
After "systemctl restart tlp", gpsbabel worked fine with my Garmin eTrex
Vista HCx.

stay in state "disconnected" regardless there are monitors connected or
not.
Internally the laptop has two Display-Ports, two HDMI-Ports
