I have ZFS (ZSYS) installed and the snapshots on a laptop can fill up the
space. I was able to free up the disk space by loading the zsys config file
(not installed by default) and reduce the number of "keep" snapshots. ZSYS
assumes that it is running on a machine that is up most of the time,
Personally, I think it's a waste of space to setup timeshift just
because Ubuntu snapcraft cannot keep more than two versions alive... I
think there is something wrong in the snap ecosystem if we cannot choose
between more than two versions which are both broken.

I recently installed ubuntu 21.10 on my computer. Before I used 20.04.
Now mencoder is not able to record from my dvb-c interface anymore.
On 20.04 it was possible and even now it is still possible to use my dvb-c
device to watch television using mplayer.

The fix will make it to Ubuntu next time we upgrade to a new upstream
