That's the upstream fix, Alexander, you're right! I didn't realize
luk1337 committed it upstream and not just to Void Linux.
If you wish, you can change "Origin: vendor" in the patch header to
"Origin: upstream" with a link to that commit.
The fix should make it into the next upstream release.

directly? Why are you doing this? Is there another reproducer where we
could see this issue?

daemon and command-line tool DFX-MGR provides infrastructure to abstract
configuration and hardware resource management for dynamic deployment of
accelerator across different platforms.
Thanks for the heads-up for Netplan! IIUC this will be fixed by a
systemd SRU, so closing it as "Invalid" for Netplan. Please re-open if
you feel there is something to do on our side.
