Last Ubuntu release specifically referred to was Ubuntu 14.04 which has been
EOL since 2019

@Davron - downgrading the kernel to 6.7 should work for now, but I just
went back to 22.04 as I also had issues with laptop shutdown state etc
Also worth clicking the "this bug affects me" thing at the top as I
don't think devs will bother unless the issue gets some visibility.
Seen quite a few
replacing 'quiet splash' with just'quiet' from
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT /etc/default/grub also allows a clean boot.

I confirm this bug, my syslog is full of
gnome-shell[2847]: value "nan" of type 'gfloat' is invalid or out of
range for property 'x' of type 'gfloat'
when it happens.
