Directory must have files for the bug to trigger,
it's triggered with ctrl+drag also
it happens after the size check (i tried copy paste a big folder and
it didin't letme because there was no enought free space)
I've only tested folders inside /home/username
my filesystem is ext3

1 - open nautilus in home folder
2 - pick a folder with elemens inside, for example, Images
3- control+drag for copy
4 - crash

if it helps,
this laptop is also affected from the bug #88546 (headphones jack doesn't
mute speakers) and of curse #94566 which were solved by a kernel patch (which i
have not tested yet)...
i can say that the touch-pad blocker button and next-prev-pay/pause buttons
neither works
i can confirm behabiour on a hp pavilon dv2225la on 2.6.20-13-generic
