Same issue here on a Dell Inspiron 13-7378 (ALC3253).
Audio was working fine on the previous kernel (4.15.0-96-lowlatency) and
after update to 4.15.0-99-lowlatency there is no sound from the internal
speaker and also the mic is not working. The sound works fine on an
external USB device

be an issue with GNOME, since none of the xdg_shell (stable) callbacks
seem to be working and resizing the window doesn't work

Sorry, it seems that the issue isn't resolved.
Okular doesn't save the margins values nor the "Force rasterization" checkbox.
If I try to set the values as default, the print tool ignores them while a
command-line lp works :
lpoptions -p Zebra -o page-bottom=0 -o page-left=
The command seems to have run successfully, but printed a surprising
amount of console messages.

sysctl(8), which then uses /proc/sys/, and somehow invokes a null
pointer dereference while holding a spinlock, leading to that lock being
hit by other cores
