different nic 3c905C-TX). here it is claimed that the driver worked for
that card in "Linux ubuntu
After some communication with the support team the following solved the
issue for me:
u1sdtool -q
rm -rf ~/.local/share/ubuntuone
u1sdtool -c
If you are trying to sync folders outside your ~/Ubuntu One folder
please open the Ubuntu One Control Panel, click on the "Cloud Folders"
tab and make sure
Bug still exists for me running 64bit oneiric on Aspire One D255 as of
3/4/12 with 0.0.13-0ubuntu1 extension installed. Nico's fix (#61) worked
for me (so far).

It's now April 2012 and this bug is still unassigned?
Also, not only does it consume 100% cpu, overtime it will also consume more and
more memory and can in some cases easily make the machine completely run out of
memory.

These workarounds are all pretty ugly. Is there really not an official
fix for this. It happens on Amazon EC2 instances with EBS volumes. I'd
vote for a backport to 10.04...

I've just installed 64bit 11.10 on Aspire One D255 and the touchpad
worked for about 30mins and then froze. None of the above suggestions
work. I can't drag a mouse around with me on the train - there's no
room! Is there a solution?

Window snap highlight gets

My issue is that when navigating my desktop, particularly when moving to
the launcher menu (not manipulating windows at this time), the window
snap highlight gets stuck.

I select a folder, and format csv and click Saveas
csv file just has prepended header if selected and numerous copies of a single
event

The problem also persists on my Dell Vostro 3700 with Ubuntu 11.10.
Everytime I forget to plug in the power cord, I get reminded of this
issue. I'm hoping that this will be fixed very soon, I have been
experiencing this bug for more than a year now. I like the Ubuntu OS but
I'm missing stability.
