Public bug reported:
Upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10. Haven't restarted yet. Got sent here by
upgrade process. Will cancel the bug report if nothing is really wrong.
ProblemType: Package
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 13.10
Package: python-twisted-core 13.0.0-1ubuntu1
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu
Got the same WLAN hardware, and also have the one minute delay at
Configuring network interfaces, when the WLAN switch is on.
I use NetworkManager for wireless roaming, which in turn depends on
passwords in a keyring, so any attempt to start up the WLAN interface
before login is doomed to fail.

necessary to get suspend/hibernate working on my Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo
Si 1520. But it only worked with the 386 kernel (2.6.15-23-386).
With the 686 kernel it either behaves as aliet's machine, or only locks
