This is an issue in Transdroid because the value '3' has been set but
the only valid values for priorities are the following:

this worked fine in Ubuntu Natty and the regression occurred in Oneiric.
The key for hibernate on my Dell Precision is Fn+F1 and in the udev dell
keymap it is listed as 0x8A suspend but it suspends to ram not to disc

Just to update this, it appears to be an issue with Xai mice due to its
hardware not responding either correctly or too slowly.
I have found that it is not isolated to Linux as under Windows upon
booting it takes an extra 30secs however it does not affect resuming
from standby.
