Sorry, it was a false alarm.
The missing packages are for all architectures and were successfully created by
the i386 build process (I only waited for the amd64 build process and wondered

the other packages were not there).
Scilab 5 should make it into jaunty.

and xmlgraphics-commons to version 1.3.1.
Also the package jeuclid needs to be created.
JEuclid 3.1.4 has been released. So this one should be used instead of 3.1.3

The build error only affects lpia.
The i386 and amd64 packages have been built fine.
I did not change the version of the package to avoid dependency problems
with the meta packages linux and linux-image-generic.
You have to install the package manually with dpkg.

You can then download the patch: wget -O scrollbars.patch

For example:
The entry named Game Config Options cannot be deleted.
So I search for the .desktop files of that entry.
The output is attached.

Cannot delete some items
So as you can see the only file that differs is the one in the subdir
wine/.
It misses the Hidden=true attribute.
Maybe that helps you find the problem.
