On my system, I have a NVIDIA card that in all past releases, jockey
would notify me of missing proprietary updates. Now, it says none in use
and even when I install nvidia-current-updates it shows in a low
resolution 1024x768 mode on a 1440x900 monitor.

Maybe, for me at least, this wasn't actually a bug. I think I expected
choosing Delete downloaded packages after installation would also
clean out the packages in /var/cache/apt/archives already, but simply
clicking the Delete cached package files button does this, and the
