I did the following:
adb reboot bootloader
ubuntu-device-flash --channel=devel-proposed --device=mako --bootstrap
I then had to install w3m to file a bug and was able to do so using:
adb shell
apt-get install w3m
It turns out that ubuntu-device-flash doesn't remove the
I'm reflashing 214 to confirm that 214 reliably shows bluetooth,
upgrading seems to show bluetooth with no issues.

In nvidia settings on prime systems you have Prime Profiles. The
initial report was with the settings on intel(Power Saving Mode). I
changed this setting to Nvidia (Performance Mode) to see if it made a
difference it didn't. The second log is with the Settings on
Performance for comparison.

This works correctly if you make your device writeable. Once it writes
the config it will then connect in Readonly mode. I'm assuming
therefore that the config path is something like /etc/bluez/x.conf or
something similar and has no write access to that file so can't set the
devices up.

and couldn't be reproduced on surfaceflinger hence the mir task.

Hmmm I'll do a reflash in a bit for me thought it is definitely behaving
differently. I'm on image 96 now. Rather than 91.
Either way I'm assuming it is fairly safe to shut the bug unless it
rears it's head again latter on.
