Occurs when /boot is set to ext2 . Set to ext4 and install goes through.
ext2 for /boot still good idea, why ext4 journaling on /boot, keep as
simple as possible.

Everything is fine with disk space. 4GB machine with 250 SSD and I get the
exact same thing.
What should be mentioned is that I wanted to install over an existing partition
scheme

Two client machines here, one upgraded from 6.06-6.10-7.04, one fresh 7.04
installation, server is Slackware 11.0, NFSv3, other distros work just fine.
