I don't recall the install prompting me with this information but may
have missed it.
The fact remains that a new Ubuntu user may just expect the installer to
do everything required and not to have to drop to the command line to
create a symlink.

link between the installed files and apache.

completion status of a number of tasks but it is not possible to set a
value greater than 75%
I've tested with a new Project and the problem persists.
