I thought the process was that the developer decided whether it was bug-fix only
or not, so it wasn't necessary to attach any ChangeLog.diff or whatever.
But it says we have to attach the upstream changelog, still I decide whether I
need a freeze exception (so if I see it's bug-fix only, I don't,
I've done some basic testing with 0.6.2 without any issues.
The testing consisted in starting /usr/bin/baobab in the debugger,
stopping it at random times, continuing the process, stopping the
debugger, etc
