I know how to translate the application themselves. But what about their
menu items in the Menu Bar?
For example, when I change the language to French, in the Menu Bar,
Applications - Office - OpenOffice.org Writer becomes just
OpenOffice.org instead of saying OpenOffice.org Writer in French. How
