GPOS kerning feature is supported since version 3x of Ooo, but works
only with WIN OS but not with LINUX (tested on Ubuntu and Linux Mint)
and both apps Openoffice and Libreoffice, that concerning fonts using
GPOS kerning feature only.

Minion Pro as it is a proprietary font not included natively with
Ubuntu, nor reproducible with the fonts attached in Ubuntu 10.10 or
11.04 via
