Got the same headset. On Ubuntu 14.04 doesn't seem to work at all. The
device gets listed in System settings > Sound > Input/Output lists, but
picking it for playback or recording doesn't change anything - the
built-in mic and speakers are used instead.

then import it elsewhere. At least as of Seahorse 3.2.2 shipped in
Ubuntu 12.04.

I tried linux-3.0.0-16.29 kernel just as you asked and didn't manage to

I get the same behaviour for writer: it has no decorations at all. Calc works
