OK, I've edited the deja-dup desktop file to include a quicklist to allow
access to the preferences, and ALSO displays the progress bar whilst running.

Quicklist worked on first selection.
Closed nautilus and tried again.
No error thrown out, but did not launch Nautilus and icons formally on desktop
are no longer shown.
As above, IF nautilus window open, then quicklists open a new instance
deja-dup.log1 = Above command run when files on disk are same as those
in backup.
deja-dup.log = Above command after one file was changed in folder, so
backup different from contents of folder.
Restore from command line.log = Output when restoring previous version
from command line.

Revert To
KeepassX exhibits the same behaviour for me in 11.10 (64 bit) (English UK -
keyboard layout).
Specifically the @ and symbols are transposed when using KepassX's Auto-type
function.
Another workaround is to add a second keyboard layout to the keyboard
preferences, (any layout will do);
After upgrade to Maverick this problem has NOT recurred.

I also see the above ratelimit entries, see attached. So far not
experienced a repeat of the original problem.
For completeness, I occasionally (Once every ca. 20-30mins) experience a
small jump/skip forward (=1 second) when listening to sound, either
streamed via
Lucid(64) latest alsa driver module.

Compiled on May 13 2010 for kernel 2.6.32-22-generic (SMP).

Stopping GDM before shutting down doesn't work either.

I have also managed to get wakealarm working in Intrepid.
I can confirm that, for me also, MythTV mythwelcome required UTC times
passing across i.e.

Hi - First let me explain the upgrade path for this installation.
Clean install of Gutsy.
Install Myth 0.20
Upgrade to Myth 0.21 (via gutsy-backports)
Upgrade to Hardy.
OK after a few teething problems got my system working well again. One
of the few remaining issues is :-
I have the same problem on Hardy 64bit. Only started to happen in the
last couple of days only then with certain messages.
Tried disabling add-ons (British English Dictionary 1.19 XNote 2.1) on
Thunderbird 2.0.0.12, and problem remains.
