Seems related to https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=781296 There are hardcoded values at 60fps / 60hz / 16667. I rebuilt mutter and clutter with values at 144fps / 144hz / 6944, so far it seems to have helped but it's still not as smooth as other desktops. ** Bug watch added: GNOME Bug

Hi. We investigated a similar issue in Debian [1] Make sure you have this package installed: https://packages.ubuntu.com/artful/python-backports.ssl-match-hostname If you still get the error: A temporary fix is to create an empty file called __init__.py in
