Public bug reported:
Was installing Ubuntu 16.04.2 from a USB Drive onto an External HDD. It
crashed when installing grub installer.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04
Package: ubiquity 2.21.63.3 [modified:
lib/partman/automatically_partition/question]
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu
This is still an issue in 14.04. Though my work around is that I have
Diodon installed and when it stops syncing I clear the clipboard in
Diodon and it starts syncing again.

I had this issue in 14.04 and specifying the domain seperatly fixed it
for me. Here is my /etc/fstab entry

I have this problem too after updating from Intrepid to Jaunty today. I
updated using the update manager, so I didn't compile from source and
used the (k)ubuntu repositories.
