Doesn't help me as I'm running Intrepid. I tried running the latest kernel linux-image-2.6.27-17-server from synaptic, booted and the disks weren't discovered. If there are any other Intrepid kernels to try I'd like to know. -- pata_hpt drivers are experimental and should be disabled
