Lucid's Firefox to display contents of a bookmarks folder when that
folder's name was clicked on (under the Bookmarks menu entry). Since
doing a clean install (with all packages updated) of Precise last week,
This behaviour is corrected if I disable Global Menu Bar integration
3.6.4 addon. Is this a good idea?
Disabling Global Menu Bar integration 3.6.4 addon also corrects slow
display of Firefox folder contents documented in question 218373.

All 3 PCs in my simple home network run Precise are peers (i.e. no
server). A printer is attached to a desktop by usb cable. I cannot
successfully add this printer to laptop. If I try the standard GUI (for
Printing called from Settings GUI), it allows me to to find it (as
I think that this is still a bug but the better method to use a printer
attached to another PC on a local network is to use the Server Settings
dialog from the Printing window. Ensure that the printer is Shared (by
first right clicking it in the Printing window) check 'Publish shared

BTW on a PC which I upgraded from 64 bit Lucid to 64 bit Precise, the
problem did not exist before does not exist after the upgrade.

Apologies. I didn't notice the sudo usermod -a -G sambashare command
in Jakob's original post. That command fixed the problem. However, IMO,
standard users should not have to ask their administrator to do this

I also have this problem on a clean install of Precise. Mouse right
click brings up the requested webpage in the current tab. It's a
nuisance!

I also have the same problem on Precise which has had clean install. The
user is in the group sambashare.
I'm not able to workaround this: I've tried creating the share logging
in as another user who has administrative privileges but I get a
different error message (something to the effect that I

I have problems with pairing phones using the Bluetooth manager in Precise.
Solution I found is outlined at:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1976888
It entails using Blueman to manage Bluetooth devices rather than the
default manager.
