I can confirm this on may 10.10 (amd64), Rhythmbox 0.13.1
I've tested in on two songs:
The first song and when I play it this song continue to play on song change.
(sometimes, not always) The slider freezes ((07:55:38) [0x181df60]
[slider_moved_callback] rb-header.c:676: slider is not dragging)

renaming doing overwritting doesn't seem to be something useful and could lead
to error,
the ubuntu team doesn't intend to work on such changes, closing the bug,
you can open a request on bugzilla.gnome.org where the people writting the
software
will read it if you disagree though, there

Usability
Hi Pedro
Rhytmbox isn't my favorite player, but I've checked it further and it
happens only on 2 lyrics, from same band so I think its more like web page
encoding issue, than rhytmboxe's. Is there any way to find out which page is
fetched to get lyrics, cause I'd like to confirm that its webpage
emerald crash after right click on window title.
When i'm instaling with automatix2 and when i click on gnome terminal with a
right mouse button emerald craches.
