Whenever I try to restart my computer from suspend I get a kernel panic
and my system completely locks up, requiring a hard restart. I don't

sound in wine is spotty, for example, when playing Diablo II I get sound
during the intro cinematic but not in game, when I run wine in a
terminal I get an error saying that alsa cannot access some part of my

to reinstall from a fresh daily-live cd, so far I haven't had further
issues. Sorry.

I just updated my install of intrepid-amd64 on my laptop and now my

turning off bluetooth services in Administration only kills the
bluetooth daemon, the radio is still running, powertop indicates that
the usb port connected to the bluetooth card is at 100% utilization and
I cant get usb to suspend properly.

I can get the sheep to work full screen with Compiz on a Dell

I know that I was able to connect to this network on Ubuntu 7.10 and
have tried to use the same settings as before. Additionally, Network
Manager is able to see the 802.1x network and has a prompt to connect to
it but when I try to connect, it just sits and hangs there until

/etc/wpa_supplicant/, which is odd as I can connect to my WPA2 network

mnemo, firefox uses apt to install the flash plugin from the repos so
thats why its filed under apt :) An obvious workaround is to manually
download the flash plugin from adobe and install it yourself. It only
takes a minute or so.
