When building the deb, you have to download the jokosher-C.omf file
which is attached to bug #290516, and place it so it is installed in
"/usr/share/omf/jokosher/jokosher-C.omf".
We placed this manually in the package build, but it should be made part
of the Ubuntu package diff I think.

privileges. Maybe there is a bug in apport crash reporter which is

This works for me. I create a new project, add an instrument and open
Instrument Connections (now called Recording Inputs). I select USB Audio
input 0, and click close. Now I can hit record and it properly records
sound from my Logitech USB Headset.

Here is a patch that fixes the issue for me. Now in the case that there

the problem is that alsa reports that it is capable of handling a
particular audio rate, but when you actually try to record it doesn't
