For me, this bug occurs if I close the window before apt-listchanges
finishes loading changelogs. The end state is that the apt upgrade

Hello,
I suspect this might be the same issue as bug #1270808 , but that is
marked "incomplete" and appears to be wrt a different card.
When I encounter this issue, I am unable to browse the web. The issue is
generally not resolved until I toggle the RFKILL switch off and on

I have validated the package pending acceptance in proposed
(1.6.5.1-1~ubuntu0.12.04.1) builds and functions as an OpenAFS client on
all four supported kernels in Precise. That is, 3.2.x, 3.5.x, 3.8.x,
3.11.x.
This was on a system with Debathena packages that installed MIT's
OpenAFS and Kerberos c
Pali: Precise's HWE kernel is currently Saucy's kernel. The FTBFS with
Saucy was recorded in bug 1222376 and is fixed in Saucy.
The tracking bug for the Stable Release Update we've prepared for
Precise is bug 1206387.
This bug will become relevant once the trusty kernel is backported via
the HWE
